my friends and famous collectors Dave Brown
and Mike Curotto when to my surprise, there...
standing just out of frame was Bill Ludwig III !
I took a chance and simply invited him into the
discussion and he stepped right in and without
hesitation stole the show with his class and
spontaneity...a true living legend in the story
of American drum history.
Bun E Carlos of Cheap Trick fame is a
"GIANT" in the vintage drum community.
In this video, he discusses a rare abalone
finished snare drum and fills us in on his 09'
endeavors and latest acquisitions.
Mike Curotto and Dave Brown share info
about the new gold triumphals they each
purchased in 09' and some talk of miracle
worker Adrian Kirchler who actually made
the gold triumphal reissues for Ludwig.

Dave’s incredible Slingerland discovery that
